The leading PDP aspirant for the post of Isi-Uzo Constituency, Enugu state House of Assembly (ENHA) Mr. Okaibe Henry Ede has unveiled his political visions and parts of his programs if elected in 2023.
Okaibe Henry Ede made the programs known in an interview with Newsmen in Enugu saying that he will prioritize agriculture, youths empowerment and education.
In his words “my programs for the new Isi-Uzo will include:
1: Security And Youth
Empowerment.
2: Water For All
3: Agriculture
4: Girl Child Education
ABRIDGED BIOGRAPHY OF OKAIBE HENRY EDEH:
EARLY LIFE:
Henry was born into the family of Late Chief Ede Nwebe Otobo (Akpaka) of Amede, Eha-Amufu in Isi-Uzo L.G.A., Enugu State on the 7th of February, 1985.
He grew up in the euphoria accompanied with great discipline from the family regardless of his being the last born of his mother.
EDUCATION:
Having taken to stay with his Late Elderly brother at Gusau, Zamfara State, he started with the Ideal Primary school where he obtained first school leaving certificate (FSLC) in 1994.
Subsequently, Henry enrolled into Sambo Secondary School, Gusau, Zamfara State in 1994 and obtained his excellent NECO(SSCE) in 2000. He further gained admission into the prestigious Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT) in 2005 to study Political Science and which he meritoriously bagged a B.Sc.(2nd Class Honors, Upper Division).
The quest for knowledge acquisition compelled him to enroll for a post graduate study with the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) for Masters Degree and in 2016, he came out with an M.S.C in Peace and Conflict Resolution.
SOCIAL/POLITICAL LIFE:
Henry Okaibe, a peace and loving fellow who has distinguished himself gregariously among many who came across his way in both home and abroad. He has given arms to the needy through his OKAIBE FOUNDATION, secured jobs for the teeming youths across the breath of Nigeria in federal institutions and agencies and as well, secured admission for so many persons to study in the institutions of their choice. He has fed the poor and clothed the destitute. Endless counts has he gone sleepless fathoming a way to get the adversity of others leveraged.
Henry is an enigma, visionary leader, passionate homosapien, humility personified, a trailblazer, philanthropist, a cataclysmic development trajectory, a bunch of humor and a godly man, destiny helper, an intellectual giant, and a great achiever. In multifaceted ways, he has demonstrated his large heart for his people especially the youths within his spheres of influence in the areas of sponsoring sports competition intermittently in and outside his community.

Undergraduate Era:
* Senate President, National Association of Political Science students (2006-2007).
* Students’ Secretary General (SSG), Faculty of Social Sciences, ESUT. (2007-2008).
*SUG Presidential Aspirant, 2008/2009.
Postgraduate Era:
*Legislative Assistant to the Deputy President of Nigeria Senate.
Private Establishment:
Aside politics, Okaibe is an astute business guru, an entrepreneur par-excellence, an industrialist to the core, who has business establishments at different locations in the country. He is hitherto, the Chief Executive Director (CEO) of Edeh Embassy Globals. He is the CEO; HOTELS DE EMBASSY, Abuja, CEO; EMBASSY BARBERS, EMBASSY BOUTIQUES and EMBASSY SHOPPING COMPLEX, Abuja, Nigeria.
Suffice to mention that Henry Okaibe is an employer of labour as could be evidenced in his own organizations. And this, he will do the more in the public sector if granted the platform. He is simply a man with the heart of gold who is ebulliently passionate about serving his people.
RELIGION/MARRIAGE:
Henry Okaibe is a Christian who believes in the finished works of Christ and yeilding to the inspiration of the Holy spirit.
He is happily married and blessed with beautiful children.
