As part of efforts to create requisite skills for students in Technical Colleges in Delta State, the Government on Tuesday signed a memorandum of understanding with M-Tutor, a private company, from India.
M-Tutor specialises on learning through discovery, experiment with knowledge, among others.
Speaking at a signing ceremony, the Executive Secretary, Delta State Technical and Vocational Education Board, Comrade Michael Akpobire, commended Governor Ifeanyi Okowa for his tireless support towards Technical education in the State.
According to Akpobire, the board called for proposals after discovering that technical Colleges and Vocational centres in the state need requisite skills that will enable students, youths and graduates to be employable adding that M-Tutor company was successful, having met all the required standard.
In a closing remark, the Secretary to Delta State Government, Festus Agas called on M-Tutor to give out their best towards making the vision of the state government a reality, by putting into consideration enormous funds invested so far by Delta State Government on Technical Colleges
