Delta State Governor, Senator Ifeanyi Okowa has congratulated former Senator Representing Delta Central Senatorial District, Chief Senator Ighoyota Amori, on the occasion of his 65th birthday today 8th August, 2017.
In a congratulatory message signed by his Chief Press Secretary, Mr Charles Aniagwu, Governor Okowa extolled the leadership qualities and astute contributions of Chief Amori towards the winning streak of the PDP in Delta State.
Okowa said, “On behalf of my family, the government and people of Delta State, I wish to felicitate with a political leader of inestimable value, Chief Ighoyota Amori, JP, on the occasion of his 65th birthday anniversary celebration.
He described Chief Amori as “A sagacious politician of repute, well-respected for his political tolerance and perseverance; which has earned him the reputation of a celebrity and political colossus.
“The immeasurable and invaluable contributions you have made to the infrastructural and human capital development in Urhobo Nation and Delta State is indelible in the minds of Deltans,”
The Governor expressed his appreciation to Chief Amori for having been such a committed, amiable and able leader in the PDP and on behalf of the family, the Government and people of Delta State, prayed God Almighty to guide, protect and grant him more fruitful years of contribution to nation building.
