Member representing Nkanu West Constituency in Enugu State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Iloabuchi Aniagu, has commended Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi for his proactive approach in addressing security challenges rocking the state.
He made the commendation against the backdrop of the historic presentation of hundreds of security vehicles recently procured by the state government, to fight the rampant cases of insecurity in the state.
Aniagu expressed profound delight, that the people’s Governor has fulfilled his promise of ridding the Coal-City State of criminals and all forms of criminality, by the allocation of a total of 260 vehicles to each of the 260 electoral wards in Enugu State.

Recall that the state governor procured security vehicles to be distributed to the Nigerian Army, Nigerian Police Force, Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corps among others, who received 100 Hilux vans, for security operations.
He said Governor Ugwuanyi has proven to be a pace-setter, being the first governor in the entire South-East geo-political zone, to introduce forest guards.
He, therefore, appealed to all and sundry to continue to reciprocate this kind gesture, by giving their maximum support and cooperation to his administration.
