The Jigawa State Government on Wednesday ordered the immediate closure of public and private schools in the state due to insecurity.
The State’s Commissioner of Education, Dr. Lawan Yunusa confirmed tinhe development to newsmen Dutse.
Yunusa said the decision was based on intelligence report of possible security attacks on schools, especially on border states.
