Member representing Nkanu East Constituency in Enugu State House of Assembly, Paul Nnajiofor, has declared his intention to represent the good people of Nkanu East for a second term.
Nnajiofor who declared his intention to seek re-election at the Council Headquarters, Amagunze thanked the people of the area for the opportunity and mandate given to him in 2015 to represent them in the State House of Assembly.
He thanked the party stakeholders including the chairman of Nkanu East local government area for the support that has been given to him as their lawmaker.
“I thank our Super Stakeholders and Illustrious Leaders such as Hon Deacon G.O.C Ajah Ph.d, mni SSG Enugu State, Hon Princess Peace Nnaji, Hon Rita Mba, Hon Uchenna Abel Nwobodo, Hon Pastor Sam Iyiogwe Esq, Hon Frank Anioma, Prince Lawrence Eze, Chief Barr Peter Mba, Prof Barth Nnaji, Chief Chinedu Mba, Chief John Nwatu, and so many others”.
“As you can see, I don’t believe in hiring crowd. I believe in our people. We have enough qualified and trusted party men and women from our LGA and I am a complete party man”.
“I have always stated and demonstrated my loyalty to the leadership and authority of our great Party PDP from the National to the Ward levels”.
“I hereby wish to submit myself once again to the authority of leadership of PDP in the State, led by Hon Augustine Nnamani “.
He said he count on the support of the entire people of the constituency as he seeks to represent them for the second time in the state House of Assembly.
He assured that if given the mandate he will consolidate on his achievements in his first term.
“All I seek is for second chance to do another tenure to right my wrong if there is any and do more because in my mind I think I am doing my human best through various constituency intervention programmes such as Medical outreaches, Women empowerments, bursary and scholarship, facilitation of some projects in various parts of Nkanu East LGA, effective and active participation in House of Assembly plenary through sponsorship of motions and public-oriented bills”.
He appealed to leaders, party members and statutory delegates to elect him as their choice candidate on Sept 8 PDP primary election.
