The presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi has visited former President Olusegun Obasanjo in Abeokuta, the Ogun State capital.
Obi shared photographs of his meeting with the former president on his verified Twitter handle after the meeting.
Recall it was the second time the Labour Party candidate will visit Obasanjo in his Abeokuta residence.
He said he held extensive discussions with the former president on issues bordering on national interest.
Obi wrote, “I deeply appreciate the opportunity to hold extensive discussions with President Olusegun Obasanjo earlier today on arising national interest matters. As usual, the exchanges were forthright and animated. -PO”
